For years, I lived and breathed fitness. As a former personal trainer, CrossFit gym owner, and award-winning bodybuilding bikini competitor, I knew the power of movement and discipline. But something was missing—despite out dedication, so many women still felt exhausted, unmotivated, and out of sync with their bodies. The missing piece? Hormonal health.
After experiencing my own hormonal shifts and realizing how little focus was placed on this crucial aspect of women's well-being, I dove deep into research and earned my certification as a Hormone Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
Today, I am on a mission to help women navigate perimenopause, reclaim their vitality, and create a body that works with them, not against them.
Through my personal journey I was inspired to create a
1:1 coaching program, Revive and Thrive where I guide women break free from hormonal chaos by focusing on
three core pillars: nutrition, movement, and a regulated nervous system. My approach goes beyond surface-level fixes—as I guide women in identifying behavioral patterns, shifting their mindset around health, and implementing sustainable practices for long-term wellness.
